1. 規約の適用と同意

当社アプリや本サイトを利用した時点で、本規約と各ストア規約に同意したものとみなします。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

2. 利用ライセンス

ユーザーは、正規に取得したライセンスの範囲内でのみ、本アプリを非独占的・譲渡不可の形で利用できます。リバースエンジニアリング、複製再配布、ライセンスキーの共有は禁止します。

3. 決済とサブスクリプション

有料機能の購入は App Store の決済条件に従います。返金については Apple のポリシーをご参照ください。当社は課金状況を確認する目的で取引 ID を参照する場合があります。

4. データ取扱い

Calendar It! などクラウド通信を伴う機能では、共有されたデータを処理後直ちに破棄します。詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

5. 禁止事項

• 不正アクセス、サービス妨害、権利侵害につながる行為
• 共有拡張や API を第三者に再販・再配布する行為
• 逆コンパイルや自動スクリプトによる大量リクエスト

6. 免責事項と責任制限

当社は、法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用による損害について直接的・間接的責任を負いません。教育利用向けに最善を尽くしますが、動作保証やデータ完全性を保証するものではありません。

7. 準拠法と管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

8. 変更通知

法令やサービス内容の変更に応じて本規約を改定する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページおよびアプリ内で告知します。

1. Acceptance

By accessing any Nihon Kanun K.K. product, you agree to these Terms and the applicable App Store/Apple Media Services terms. If you are under the age required in your region, you must obtain guardian consent.

2. License

We grant a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our apps. Reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, or automated scraping of our services is prohibited.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

All paid features are billed through Apple. Refund requests must follow Apple’s policy. Transaction identifiers may be checked to validate active entitlements.

4. Data Handling

Features that rely on cloud processing (e.g., Calendar It! share extension) send user-provided content to OpenAI only to generate calendar drafts, then discard it immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. User Obligations

• Do not interfere with or overload our APIs.
• Do not resell or repackage the service to third parties.
• Respect intellectual property and comply with local laws.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation

The apps are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be submitted to the Osaka District Court.

8. Updates

We may revise these Terms when services or regulations change. Material changes will be announced on this page.

使用日本冠云株式会社的任何应用或服务，即视为同意本条款以及 App Store 的相关协议。未成年人需在监护人同意下使用。

2. 使用许可

我们授予用户非排他、不可转让的个人使用许可。禁止反向工程、擅自复制、批量抓取或向第三方转售服务。

3. 付费与订阅

所有付费内容通过 Apple 平台结算，退款遵循 Apple 政策。我们可能查询交易编号以验证订阅状态。

4. 数据处理

涉及云端处理的功能（如 Calendar It!）仅为生成行程草稿而临时发送用户输入，并在完成后立即删除，不做长期保存。详见 隐私政策。

5. 用户义务

• 不得对服务实施攻击、绕过安全或滥用 API。
• 不得共享许可证或将应用重新包装出售。
• 遵守所在地法律法规及第三方平台规则。

6. 免责声明

本服务按“现状”提供，我们不对特定用途适用性做任何保证，对因使用或无法使用服务而产生的间接损失不承担责任。

7. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款受日本法律管辖，纠纷由日本大阪地方法院管辖。

如法律或服务内容发生变化，我们可能更新本条款，并在此页面公布重大调整。
